Domestic leading circulating tumor cell (CTC) detection and diagnosis platform

•It focuses on providing precision medical products and services, mainly including circulating tumor cell detection, tumor personalized molecular pathological diagnosis, etc.It has established long-term cooperative relationships with many scientific research and clinical units such as China University of Science and Technology, Zhejiang University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and jointly developed cutting-edge products in the field of translational medicine and personalized medicine. 

•At present, relying on its own reagent R&D and development capabilities, it continues to expand the variety of circulating tumor cell detection reagents. On the basis of the existing platform based on cell epithelial adhesion protein (EpCAM) antibodies to capture circulating tumor cells, it has launched interstitial circulating tumor cells (EMT CTC) based on cell surface vimentin (CSV) and other detection reagent products to make up for the lack of domestic EMT CTC detection products,It provides a more powerful clinical auxiliary diagnostic basis for tumor recurrence, metastasis and drug resistance monitoring. 

•Based on the "CTC detection" platform, its Hangzhou Huaxin CTC Detection Joint Experimental Center carries out a series of research and clinical technical services for cell and molecular pathological diagnosis, with its main businesses including CTC cell counting, CTC single cell selection, CTC single cell whole genome amplification and analysis, fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) related clinical detection projectsReal time fluorescent quantitative PCR (QPCR) targeted drug use related detection items and other technical services.
